How To Reboot The Internet
When the power goes out the internet will usually reboot itself without an issue. On the rare occasion that it does not you will need to reboot it manually. This is how to reboot it manually:
Step 1:
Locate the modem and make sure the internet is actually not working. At the top of the modem, in the middle of the front side there is a light. A solid white light means it is working. If it is flashing a pale orangish/yellowish color then it will need to be rebooted.

Step 2:
Pull the entertainment stand slowly and slightly away from the wall under the TV. Just enough to reach the plugs in the power bar. Not to far as you will unplug the VCR. Unplug the power to both the satellite dish and modem. Wait a few minutes before proceeding to step 3.

Step 3:
After a few minutes have passed, plug the satellite dish back in. You will notice the green light illuminate from the adapter. Wait a few minutes before proceeding to step 4.

Step 4:
After a few minutes have passed, plug the cord for the modem in. Once plugged in you will see the flashing light on the front of the modem again. Wait a few more minutes.

Step 5:
The modem may take up to 5 minutes to completely reboot and go back on line. Most times it is very quick but can take a little while. Please be patient while waiting for the light to turn a solid white. If it continues to flash and does not turn solid white after several minutes, please contact Maria.
